In a bold move, Maillard Grill has transitioned to a locally inspired ageing technique known as ‘Sabah Coral Grass ageing.’ This process combines the best of both wet and dry ageing, creating a culinary alchemy that’s nothing short of extraordinary. The infusion of Sabah’s coral grass infuses the meat with an umami-rich essence that elevates its flavour to heights previously unattainable through traditional ageing methods.

But that’s not all; Maillard Grill’s culinary prowess extends beyond ageing techniques. One of their signature dishes is the sumptuous Beef Wellington, featuring a 180g cut of Sher Wagyu beef that’s perfect for sharing.
