The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur is set to dazzle the culinary world once again with the return of its prestigious Guest Star Chef Series. Since its inception in 2016, this series has become a beacon of culinary excellence, showcasing the talents of globally renowned chefs at The Brasserie, a venue celebrated for its commitment to exceptional flavours and local harvests.

This season, the spotlight shines on Chef Shunsuke Shimomura from Resonance, Bangkok, and Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeekan from Apéritif Restaurant, Bali. Each chef brings their unique culinary vision to the table, offering guests an exclusive taste of their acclaimed cuisines through meticulously crafted menus.
Chef Shimomura, known for his precision and balance in contemporary cuisine, will present a 10-course menu on the 17th and 18th of August that promises to engage the senses with its subtlety and refinement. Following him, on the 20th and 21st of September, Chef Vanderbeekan will blend European techniques with Balinese flavours to create a 7-course menu that speaks to both innovation and tradition.
